Each year, the National Apartment Association, in partnership with MRI Real Estate Software and Swift Bunny, conduct a nationwide Mental Health Survey to employees of participating multifamily companies.

This survey evaluates employee satisfaction on their employer's support of their mental well-being and how that support impacts their performance and likelihood of remaining with the company.

ZMG was fortunate to be ranked 4th by our team members among the nationwide participating companies!

"Our team takes the feedback of our associates seriously and while we have made great strides to prioritizing the mental health of our people, there is still work to be done" says Raed Zidan, President & CEO at Zidan Management Group.

MRI connected with us on what steps we and other top-ranking firms have taken to support employees, click here to read.

We are honored to receive this ranking by our people and we will continue to seek out new ways of better supporting them where it matters most.
