Founded by brothers Hani and Raed Zidan in 2001, Zidan Management Group, Inc. (ZMG) is a family owned and operated real estate industry leader specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily apartment and townhome communities equipped with diverse amenities and an inclusive living experience. ZMG is a rapidly growing and highly acclaimed multifamily property management company.
One of two ways we fulfill our purpose is by acquiring value-add apartment and townhome communities at a competitive offering to then renovate, rebrand and reposition in the market. Another means is through the development of new apartment and townhome communities via our internal construction team.
