As a Regional Manager I oversee operations for properties in Chicago ( Somerset and Park Heights by the Lake), Indiana ( Creekside and Meadowbrook) and Michigan ( Arbor Pointe and Candlewyck). Responsible for the overall performance of each assigned property including resident concerns, policy compliance, maintaining the facilities and analyzing each property budget.
