Responsibilities

Owns all aspects of both corporate and portfolio marketing efforts and initiatives- including, but not limited to- advertising, reputation management, website design, branding, and community engagement.

Additionally, Tyler oversees all components of professional development at ZMG- including, but not limited to- onboarding, ongoing, and leadership education and development amongst corporate and portfolio associates.

Tyler champions key operating initiatives, such as our centralized approach to leasing (Specialized Leasing Initiative).

My Story

Highly motivated individual with a wide range of passions. I proudly grew up on a farm showing livestock around the country and am still active with the farm today. Fell into multifamily in college at Purdue University and was hooked. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to new places (currently national parks are on my radar), and anything outdoors.
