ZMG's first in-house, ground-up apartment development is taking shape in Greenwood, IN. Foundation footers have been poured for three of the five buildings. Community roadways, underground structures and the detention pound are all underway. We are thrilled announce the project is currently ahead of schedule.
Sandstone Court Phase II will feature five (5), three-story buildings, 120-units- offering 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and a new clubhouse, amenity space.
